Ringbalance pressure controller
Combines low draft, pressure and differential pressure measurement with integrated three-point step control.
Three-point step control
Provides PD action for applications requiring open, close or hold control behaviour.
Selectable setpoints
Two setpoints, W1 and W2, are adjustable from 20% to 80% of span and selectable via terminals.
Configurable control response
Proportional band, differential action, neutral zone and switching frequency can be adjusted to suit the application.
0–10 V transmitter output
Provides a signal proportional to the measured actual value for external monitoring or signal use.
Configurable low-pressure range
Measuring range can be selected from 0…40 Pa to 0…1.8 kPa, including ranges within these limits.
Overload protection option
DZ overload protection can be specified where pressure spikes or abnormal overload conditions may exceed standard limits.
Range selection
Support selecting a measuring range so expected setpoints sit appropriately within the span
Output and supply selection
Support confirming the 0–10 V transmitter output and power supply requirements
Overload protection
Advice on whether DZ overload protection should be considered where pressure spikes may occur
