Compressed air quality – mobile "All in one solution"

Mobile compressed air quality measurement, residual oil - particles - residual moisture "All in one solution" - Compact trolley with wheels (external dimensions 607 x 275 x 475mm) (WxHxD) and permanently mounted sensors: OIL CHECK 500, PC 400, FA510, incl. portable sampling system consisting of 2 m PTFE hose, quick coupling (oil and grease-free). DS 500 - The intelligent chart recorder At the heart of the compressed air quality measurement is the DS 500 chart recorder, which measures and documents the data from the sensors for residual oil, particles and residual moisture. The measured values are displayed graphically on the 7″ color display. The integrated data logger stores the measured values safely and reliably.

OIL CHECK 500 Portable

The Portable version of our monitoring system for measuring the Vaporous Residual oil content of Compressed air and Nitrogen comes in a practical case and is the ideal solution for flexible measurement at different locations. "Forced Pressure Variation" for Long-term stable measurement results - auto-calibration: Using the innovative "Forced Pressure Variation" measuring method, the OIL CHECK 500 generates reference gas in different mass concentrations within the device. This method, which is protected by CS INSTRUMENTS, can be used to compensate for ageing or contamination-related components in the measurement signal, in particular long-term drift. No wearing parts such as activated carbon filters are required to generate zero air. The result is Low maintenance and Long-term stable Measuring. Service-friendly, no downtime: The sensor unit can be replaced by the customer on site. This eliminates the need to return the entire device for recalibration.

Mobile particle counter PC 400 according to ISO 8573

The high-precision, optical particle counter PC 400 measures particles from a size of 0.1 µm and is therefore suitable for monitoring compressed air quality class 1 (ISO 8573). The proper functioning of the filtration elements installed in the compressed air is monitored and any filter breakthroughs are detected immediately. Under the mobile version it is supplied in a portable assembly.
